Role Overview Essential Functions:

Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments

Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor

Takes an active role in the quality control process

Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor

Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)

Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management

Keeps facility clean and debris free

Other duties as assigned

Boxes and processes orders

Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards

Follow all Handbook Policies

Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts

Qualifications Needed

High school diploma or GED

Warehouse experience preferred

Basic understanding of WMS preferred

Basic math and computer skills





Inventory experience preferred

Forklift experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to walk, stand, and lift most of the shift

5S/lean manufacturing experience preferred

Functional Requirements Physical Demands:

Sitting: Rarely (Less than 5% of the time)

Typing: Occasionally (Up to 25% of the time)

Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling: Continuously (More than 75% of the time)

Lifting: Continuously (More than 75% of the time)

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs (Up to 75% of the time)

Occasionally Lift up to 75 lbs (less than 25% of the time)

Rarely lift more than 75 lbs.
