Reservations Coordinator

to be the face of our booking and event experience. Your Role As our Reservations Coordinator, you will: Manage all daily reservations across our venues Track bookings,



confirmations and correspondence Uphold premium service standards at every guest touchpoint What We’re Looking For 2+ years' experience in a reservations coordination role within similar calibre restaurants A confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette Robust organisational skills and attention to detail Experience with SevenRooms and Triple Seat preferred Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Passion for food, events and delivering exceptional guest experiences Availability to work weekends and early evenings What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + tips Approximately 30 hours & 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday.
