Stock Control Coordinator

to join our team at

This is a great opportunity to join a busy dealership environment and play an important role in keeping our vehicle stock accurately managed and ready for sale and delivery. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals,



transfers and allocations Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems Monitor vehicle locations and stock status across the dealership Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock against system records Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships and other locations Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams to ensure accurate stock information Track incoming and outgoing vehicles and follow up on any discrepancies Maintain accurate vehicle documentation and stock records Assist with general administration related to vehicle inventory and dealership operations About You

Previous experience in

stock control, inventory administration or an automotive dealership

is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident working with spreadsheets and computer systems Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive and able to work independently A valid Australian driver's licence is preferred Why Join Us?
