As an HR Administrator, you'll provide essential support across our workforce, helping ensure our employees have a positive and seamless experience throughout their employment journey. No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

- Maintaining employee records and systems

- Assisting with workforce governance requirements

- Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
n
- Assisting with training, learning and development administration
n
- Providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders on HR-related enquiries
n
- Supporting Workplace Health & Safety and Return to Work administration
n
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes
n

About you
n
n
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
n
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR,
recruitment or customer service role
n
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and CRM
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
