Job Description

The Positive Guys is seeking a Returns Analyst in the Customer Solutions - Post Sales Support team to improve the Gold Service Extras program's efficiency and reduce claims costs by investigating charges and identifying process breakdowns.

You will collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, reconcile and analyse costs, seek reversals of unwarranted claims, and drive system/process improvements to cut avoidable costs.
