About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Microvellum qualified with a strong understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of custom joinery and manufacturing.
n
Working closely with our operations and design teams, you will be responsible for preparing detailed documentation and production-ready drawings that support effective manufacturing processes and the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Produce detailed drawings for CNC production
n
- Ensure accuracy of drawings to prevent re-works and improve efficiencies
n
- Develop clear production ready files
n
- Ask questions when you think something can be done differently to improve the end result
n
- Collaborate throughout the manufacturing process and provide technical support to production staff
n
- Proactively engage in the communication phase of every project
n
- Manage revisions and document files across projectsClearly communicate technical details to production and installation teams
n
- Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and within project timeframes
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Joinery Drafter or similar role within the joinery and cabinetry industry
n
- Advanced understanding and working knowledge of Microvellum
n
- Ability to produce accurate and efficient drafting documentation
n
- Confident working with technical drawings
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Proactive approach to resolving design and production challenges
n
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and collaboration across departments
