What We’re Looking For: Minimum

12 months’ experience

in early childhood settings

Strong understanding of the





Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Confidence with

digital programming and documentation tools

Child Protection Training

(usually in your transcript) & GECKO Child Safety Training

Working With Children Check

&

First Aid certificate

Understanding of

Education and Care National Regulations

Knowledge of

child development (0–6 years)

Warm, professional, and

team-oriented attitude

Excellent

communication and collaboration skills
