Dragon Hot Pot Box Hill is looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Members to join our team.

We are looking for people who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, follow instructions carefully and support the team during service.

Your responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

- Food preparation
- Ingredient preparation and portioning
- Assisting with cooking and kitchen service
- Restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting other kitchen team members during busy periods
- Following instructions from chefs, supervisors and management

- Available for evenings and weekends

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but applicants with a good attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Availability





Applicants with good availability for the following will be preferred:
- Evening shifts
- Weekends
- Busy dinner periods
- Closing shifts when required
