Stone Stomper is seeking a Labourer Store to join our team in Lonsdale SA 5160. This is a casual position that plays an important role in managing stock levels and packing customer orders. As a Labourer Store, you will be responsible for packing customer orders and maintaining our inventory so it is organised, accessible and ready for fulfilling customer orders. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving, checking and logging incoming materials and stock into store
- Organising and storing materials in designated areas, ensuring proper labelling and easy identification
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Picking and preparing materials for customer orders
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting on inventory levels
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles
- Following health and safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and maintenance tasks
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, store or similar logistics environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems would be advantageous
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
