Are you a reliable labourer with a ‘Can Do’ attitude who enjoys working outdoors? Do you have some experience using a ride-on mower, brush cutters or chainsaw? If so, a fantastic labouring opportunity awaits you.

We are looking for labourers to work out of our Belmont depot to service our client’s sites, which includes local shires, state government and private companies. We are currently experiencing a strong growth in our business and need people who are fit and capable to work clearing vacant land, road verges, as well as residential properties.

Majority of the work will be operating brush cutters for up to 6 hrs a day, clearing land of brush, shrubs, and other vegetation which is a crucial in the prevention of bush fires. However, we also have positions for skilled arborist, machine operators, and herbicide technicians.

Tasks & responsibilities:

· Undertake various labouring duties under supervision or working alone

· Maintaining verges and blocks of land in accordance with fire mitigation standards

· Operating equipment - brush cutters, ride-on mowers, as well as chainsaws and tree pruning equipment





· Ensuring our service is of a high quality and standard

· Documenting completed works using tablets

· Driving company vehicles and working with adherence to OSH standards

· Willingness to work overtime when required

Qualifications & experience:

· Working rights in Australia

· Valid WA driver’s licence

· Excellent communication skills

· Be well presented, physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen

· Work early starts Monday to Friday

· A valid National Police Clearance no more than 3-months old (or willing to obtain one)

· Possess a White Card (or willing to obtain one)

Desired experience

· Valid manual MR licence with solid experience

· Operating commercial brush cutters

· Operating zero-turn mowers

· EWP licences

· Pest management Technicians License

· Cert 3 Arborist or chain saw and safe use of chipper tickets

· First aid
