We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Phone & Laptop Repair Technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, including screen replacements, battery issues, water damage, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on phones, tablets, and laptops
- Replace screens, batteries, and other components with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
- Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and device models

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in repairing either laptops or mobile phones




- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Preferred:

- Experience with micro soldering and board-level repairs
- Knowledge of both iOS and Android systems
