About the Firm A highly regarded Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice is looking to appoint a lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE to join its Melbourne team.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of complex disputes, investigations and contentious matters for sophisticated corporate and private clients.
It is particularly well suited to lawyers who want to build breadth early in their career rather than becoming tied to a single partner, client or niche area of practice.
Unlike many larger litigation teams, lawyers work across the broader disputes practice and gain exposure to multiple partners, different styles of practice and a diverse range of matters.

Matters often involve significant commercial, regulatory and reputational considerations, with lawyers encouraged to think critically about legal risk, evidence and strategy from an early stage.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation / disputes
- Experience gained within a reputable law firm
- Strong academic results
- Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing as a well-rounded litigation lawyer
