Start Your Legal Career with Real Courtroom and Client Experience

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Lawyer to join our growing practice for a 12-month Graduate Program.

This role is ideal for a newly admitted lawyer or final-year law graduate nearing admission who wants genuine hands-on experience rather than being confined to research and administrative work.

You'll work directly with experienced solicitors and gain exposure to client-facing legal practice from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will predominantly include:

· Drafting Wills and estate planning documents

· Assisting clients in Family Violence Restraining Order (FVRO) matters

· Attending Magistrates Court Duty Lawyer sessions

· Legal drafting, correspondence and court documents





· Conducting legal research and preparing advice

· Supporting civil litigation matters

· Engaging directly with clients under supervision

What We're Looking For

You are

· A recently admitted lawyer or law graduate eligible for admission.

· Passionate about developing your legal career.

· Comfortable interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.

· A robust writer with excellent attention to detail.

· Organised, reliable and eager to learn.

· Interested in advocacy, court work and client representation.
