This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Planning & Environment practice and work alongside highly regarded Partners on some of Australia’s most significant development, infrastructure and environmental projects.

The team is at the forefront of the issues shaping Australia’s future — from data centres and critical infrastructure to energy transition, climate change, major urban development and complex environmental matters .

You’ll work across a genuinely broad practice, combining sophisticated advisory work with high-quality litigation and gaining exposure to major clients and projects from the outset.

You can expect to work on:

- Data centres and critical infrastructure , including planning pathways, approvals, land use, environmental and infrastructure issues.
- Major development projects, land releases, urban renewal and complex mixed-use, residential, industrial and commercial developments.
- Renewable energy and energy-transition projects, including BESS, wind, solar and energy-from-waste .
- Planning and Environment Court appeals, proceedings and litigation.
- Development applications, planning and infrastructure agreements and approvals strategies.




- Environmental compliance, contamination, pollution and environmental assessment.
- Climate change, sustainability, greenwashing and emerging environmental regulation.
- Major infrastructure, land access, compulsory acquisition and zoning issues.
- Planning and environmental aspects of major transactions and commercial projects.

You’ll be a 2–5 PQE lawyer with strong planning and workplace experience and an appetite to work on complex, high-profile matters. Experience across planning litigation, development approvals, environmental regulation, infrastructure, compulsory acquisition or major projects will be valued. Exposure to data centres, energy, climate or sustainability is an advantage, but not essential.
