About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering day-to-day painting projects across residential and commercial sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. The role suits someone who has experience running jobs independently or someone ready to step into a leadership position and grow within the business.

Demonstrated experience in full crew supervision and team leadership is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise painting projects in office




- Coordinate daily workflow and ensure projects run efficiently
- Deliver high quality finishes across residential and commercial projects
- Liaise professionally with clients and other trades
- Maintain safe and organised work sites
- Ensure work meets Celtic Decor's high standards

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' painting experience
- Experience in high-end domestic and commercial painting
- Airless spray experience essential
- Comprehensive expertise in all spray techniques and airless spray applications required
- Own tools
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- White Card required
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
