AR Complete Electrical is a small Adelaide contractor focused on mechanical, electrical and BMS work. We’re hiring a qualified A-grade electrician who can run jobs, look after apprentices, and grow into controls — BMS/KNX experience is valued but not required; we can teach on live jobs.

You’ll

- Run mechanical and electrical installs end-to-end (MSSBs, power, VSD feeds, site coordination)
- Supervise and teach apprentices on the tools
- Work alongside our BMS/KNX capability — interest in controls is enough to start; deep BMS experience is a bonus, not a gate
- Own quality, safety and client communication on your jobs
- Help us deliver peak workload (including major Adelaide projects in the pipeline)

You need
- Unrestricted SA Electrical Worker’s Licence (A-grade / equivalent)
- White Card; current driver’s licence
- Proven trade experience (mechanical / electrical / construction preferred — BMS not required)

- Confidence supervising apprentices
- Right to work in Australia

Nice to have
- BMS / KNX / Honeywell / Siemens / Daikin or similar exposure
- Leading-hand or job-runner experience
