At MGSA, capability gets recognised. As your skills and responsibility grow, so does your pay. You'll work across civil, commercial and residential projects — concrete, masonry, retaining, paving and excavation — with valuable plant and equipment.

job-relevant training.

HIGH STANDARDS. WITHOUT THE BS.

Work hard. Back your crew. Treat people right. You'll need hands-on construction experience, a White Card, driver's licence and full Australian working rights.

Generally 38 hours a week, with some overtime available and occasional Saturday work when required. Work ute supplied for the role.
