Fins Swim School is a privately owned indoor heated Swim School located in Kotara. The School has been operating since November 2016 and continually experiencing exponential growth. We teach children aged from 3 months to 14 years of age.

We have developed a strong "TEAM" culture and values with a focus on educating and teaching in a fun positive environment for both staff and clients.

Our programs which have been developed over the last 30 years are unique and successful resulting great outcomes and learning for our swimmers.

We are currently looking to recruit 2/3 positions will include a combination of duties including;

You will be required 20 - 30 hours per week as a minimum and the option for Part and Full time is available long term.

No previous teaching experience is required however passion and belief for teaching children to swim is and a willingness to obtain your qualifications.

We are currently looking for;

Infant and Pre School Teacher - Primarily AM and MUST be available Saturday AM.

Pre School and School age teacher





Customer Care and Swim Teacher and MUST be available Saturday AM.

No previous teaching or Swim School experience is necessary however, a passion and belief for the importance of teaching children to swim in a FUN, SAFE and PROGRESSIVE environment is.

You must be able to;

- Want to make a difference "everyday"
- MUST be available to work Saturday AM
- A desire to want to learn and develop your skills

- Current Resuscitation Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- A willingness to obtain industry qualifications if successful
- Fun, CAN-DO attitude
- Strong "customer service focussed" beliefs
