- 7+ years of professional work experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
- Confidence using digital platforms and learning new systems
- An interest in leadership, learning and personal development
- A self-directed approach and willingness to be accountable for your own results
- The ability to work professionally without day-to-day supervision
