What you'll be doing?

- Managing a strata portfolio: Take ownership of day-to-day strata management responsibilities, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients across Sydney.
- Engaging with clients: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, committee members, and stakeholders to address their needs responsively and confidently.
- Applying legislative knowledge: Draw on technical understanding of relevant strata legislation to provide accurate, compliant advice and guidance.
- Collaborating with the team: Work closely with colleagues in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a supportive and high-performing strata team.
- Attending site visits: Travel to client sites as required, alongside working from the Sydney CBD office, to ensure hands-on, high-quality service delivery.

Who are they looking for?

- Holding a Class 2 Strata licence: A current Class 2 Strata licence is required for this role.




- Bringing relevant strata experience: Around 5 years' total experience as an Assistant Strata Manager, or 1-2 years' experience as a Strata Manager, is sought for this position.
- Demonstrating legislative knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of relevant strata legislation will help ensure confident, accurate advice is provided to clients.
- Bringing a positive, professional attitude: A proactive and professional approach, along with energy and commitment to day-to-day tasks, will be well suited to this fast-paced role.
- Communicating clearly and confidently: Strong communication skills are valued, helping build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Working well within a team: A team-oriented mindset and organisational precision will support success in this collaborative environment.
- Being available to travel: The ability to work from the Sydney CBD office and travel to client sites as required is essential for this role.
- Communicating in English: English language proficiency is required, as day-to-day client and stakeholder communication is conducted in English.
