Licensed Contractor/ Handyman / Maintenance & General Building Work

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable carpenter, handyman or general building contractor to join our team for ongoing maintenance and general building work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, wants flexibility around their schedule, and is looking for consistent work without being tied to a traditional full time role.

About the Role

- Carry out a variety of maintenance, repair and general building work
- Work across residential and commercial properties, with most work located in and around the CBD
- Manage your own schedule and work independently
- Communicate professionally with customers and our team
- Complete work to a high standard and leave sites clean and tidy
- Regular driving into the CBD will be required

About You
- Current trade or contractor licence- carpenter, handyman or relevant building licence
- Experience in maintenance, repairs and general building work
- Confident tackling a range of jobs and practical maintenance tasks
- Reliable, professional and well presented




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfortable travelling to and working in CBD locations
- Own vehicle and tools suitable for the work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
