Licensed Contractor – Maintenance & General Building Work

We are looking for a reliable, licensed contractor to join our team for ongoing maintenance and general building work.

Most of our work is maintenance rather than recent builds, and jobs are assigned as they come through. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, and travelling between different job locations.

About the Role

- Carry out a variety of maintenance, repair and general building jobs
- Jobs are assigned as they come through, so every day can be different
- Most work is located in and around the CBD
- Regular driving into the CBD is required
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Communicate professionally with customers and our team
- Complete jobs efficiently and leave sites clean and tidy

About You
- Current trade licence / relevant contractor licence required




- Previous experience in maintenance and general building work
- Comfortable working on a variety of different jobs
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage your time
- Comfortable driving and working in the CBD
- Own vehicle and tools suitable for the work
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
