Customer Service Representative Equipment Financing (9mth contract) Kubota Australia and New Zealand distribute high quality agricultural, construction and power machinery and equipment supported by commercial and consumer financing. As Customer Service Representative for Kubota Australia Finance (KAF) you will support the incentivisation of sales through financing by completing activities associated with processing equipment finance applications.

We presently have on offer a nine month maximum term contract opportunity.

Your main accountabilities would include.

Proactively manage daily business activities and compliance by operating within policy, procedure, set guidelines and governance frameworks

Manage KAF Customer Service email box ensuring triage, management and completion of enquiries

Process and examine loan application to ensure accuracy of information and compliance to policy and procedure

Prepare finance quotations according to finance program parameters

Achieve agreed service level standards and objectives relevant to work outputs

Undertake deal follow-up and management and record in relevant system/s

Accuracy of application activities is within agreed tolerances as measured by quality check and rework from credit assessment and settlement team

Act as first point of contact for customers/dealers in relation to application/quotation enquiry

Identify and mitigate against identified risk and issues, including effectively handling, escalating and following up customer queries, issues and complaints

Ensure behavioral, ethical and procedural compliance with the Kubota's policies and procedures

Report on Compliance activities to appropriate authority/s (as required)

Undertake a broad range of general administrative duties





Requirements To be successful in the position you must be an Australian citizen/ resident or already possess a visa that allows unrestricted right to work and reside in Australia for a period of at least 28 days beyond the contract period. Your profile would likely include:

Secondary education (at a minimum)

Experience in a similar position undertaking customer service duties for consumer/ commercial financing operations

Demonstrate an excellent applied understanding of lending processes

Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand legislative and regulatory requirements. including but not limited to; AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, and National Credit Code

Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships, including with customers

Highly developed organisational skills evidenced by a track history of meeting agreed deadlines and standards through effective coordination of workflow and prioritisation of work

Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy/ quality

Well developed interpersonal skills and proven communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills

Well developed conceptual and problem-solving capability

Customer centric approach

Proven ability to monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, rapid paced and busy team environment
