Job Description

drNC Skin, a dermatologist-founded Australian skincare brand, seeks a Senior Growth & eCommerce Manager to own the eCommerce engine and drive next-stage growth. You'll optimise conversion, retention and AOV, working with the Founder, paid media agency, and content teams to turn data into revenue actions.

You'll own CRO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, leveraging GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo to identify opportunities across cohorts and channels, aligning launches with stock and marketing calendars.
