Doma Hotels is seeking an Area Revenue Manager to lead revenue and distribution strategies across a portfolio of hotels, focusing on maximising RevPAR, occupancy and profitability. You will work with the Commercial Team, GMs and the Commercial Director to provide property-level leadership and ensure portfolio-wide alignment.

This hands-on role combines data analysis with strategic decision-making, requiring influence with hotel leadership and robust collaboration across teams.
