Job Description

Co. Recruit is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to lead sourcing and progress of large-scale residential land and Land Lease Community opportunities across Queensland. You will work directly with the General Manager – Queensland to identify direct and off-market opportunities through robust industry connections.

This hands-on role covers the full acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and initial assessment to feasibility, due diligence, negotiation and handover to the development team for execution.
