What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate daily traffic controller allocations and rosters




- Liaise with clients and field teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Support operational reporting and workforce planning
- Foster a positive team culture and promote safety-first values

What You’ll Bring:

We are committed to finding the right culture fit and meeting the individual where they are in their career journey. You’ll see success if you have:

- Previous experience in operations coordination or recruitment, ideally within traffic management or a similar industry
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with competing priorities
- Proficient in Traffio, and Microsoft Office
- In-field traffic management experience is highly desirable but not essential – we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of traffic management regulations and certifications (preferred)
