About the Job

n

Opportunities have become available for multiple qualified Auto Electricians to join our team. The position will be based in Rocklea, with travel in Brisbane, the Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas.

n

You will be provided with a work Ute, uniforms, all necessary tools and the workshop will supply all engine management tooling and advanced air conditioning equipment to assist you with repairs.

n

As a Heavy Vehicle Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for:

n

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles

n

Testing, repairing, and replacing wiring harnesses, batteries, alternators, starter motors, and charging systems

n

Installing and servicing lighting systems, beacons, camera systems, reverse alarms, and truck accessories

n

Diagnosing CAN Bus and electronic control system faults

n

Installing and maintaining GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management systems

n

Conducting preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs

n





Completing service reports and documentation accurately

n

Travelling to customer depots, workshops, and job sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions

n

Maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering professional service

n

The applicant we are looking for

n

Qualified as an Auto Electrician or 4th Year Apprentices

n

Current Drivers License

n

Must have previous experience

n

The ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment

n

An honest and reliable work ethic, with good attention to detail

n

Depending on experience, the pay rate will vary from $55/hr to $60/hr with a work ute and uniforms. Options to be discussed upon candidate selection
