Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Architect to join our Sydney team, bringing strong rail project experience and a well-rounded background across design, documentation and project delivery. This is a great opportunity for an all-round architect who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle - from concept design and town planning through to documentation, contract administration and delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage all aspects of project delivery, including concept design, town planning, design development, documentation and contract administration

n

Supervise quality control, production and management of resources to meet project commitments

n

Lead engagement with broader stakeholders including councils, government departments and consultants as required

n

Provide regular, accurate feedback to the team to help manage time and client expectations

n

Apply strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods and applicable codes and standards to project documentation

n

About You

n

Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent 5-year degree) plus relevant post-qualification experience

n

Registered Architect preferred but not essential

n

Solid rail project experience, ideally across design, documentation and delivery stages

n

Excellent Revit skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD/visualisation tools (SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Studio Max,



V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous)

Sound understanding of architectural practice, building materials, construction methods and compliance requirements

n

Robust client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and technical experts

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational ability
