OceansPlus Medical Centre is looking for a full-time Practice Nurse to join our supportive team. You will work alongside our GPs and practice team to provide quality, patient-centred care to a diverse community.

About the Role

n

This is a varied general practice nursing role that includes:

n

- Chronic disease management and health assessments
n
- Patient triage and clinical observations
n
- Immunisations and vaccine management
n
- Wound care and management
n
- Venepuncture and blood collection
n
- IV cannulation
n
- Patient recalls and follow-up care
n
- Treatment room and cold chain management
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is skilled, approachable and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.

n

n




- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Current CPR/BLS certification
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A collaborative and patient-centred approach
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Recognised immunisation training
n
- Venepuncture and IV cannulation competency
n
- Experience with Best Practice Medical Software
n
- Additional language skills
n
