Job Description

BaptistCare's Balladong Gardens in York, WA, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This permanent part time role offers 30 hours per fortnight and involves directing clinical and allied health services, care planning, and governance to improve resident wellbeing.

You'll oversee AN-ACC compliance, support a multidisciplinary team and coach continuous improvement in a regional setting while maintaining a metropolitan lifestyle.
