Job Description

Norco Co is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Labrador-based team. This senior HR professional will partner with leaders across AgriSolutions, Commercial and Corporate functions to support offices, retail and regional operations.

You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, lead investigations, and drive culture, engagement and performance initiatives while travelling regionally to build robust relationships with our people.
