About the Home

Walmsley Aged Care is a purpose-built 120-bed residential aged care community providing state-of-the-art care through our Better Together model. Opened in November 2022, the home features a café, private dining facilities, a hair and beauty salon, a multi-faith room and a gym to support rehabilitation, all within a unique household living model designed for 16 to 19 residents.

The Role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care
n
- Monitor,



assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
n
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
n
- Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
n
- Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes
n

About You

n

n
- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Passion for delivering quality aged care
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
n
