Claims Administrator
to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Opportunity to gain Claims Administrative experience in a specialised Personal Injury division and build on a purposeful career.
The Role:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Claims Managers and support with assisting booking medicals with healthcare providers, working closely with allied health professionals, collecting documentation and data entry
Including but not limited to monitoring emails, maintaining data within systems.
Answering inbound calls and directing enquires to the correct point of contact
Vibrant, dedicated and passionate, fun team culture.
About You:
Comfortable and confident on the phone, customer centric and positive work ethic
Administration experience is highly desirable but not essential
Great attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment
Great time management and organisation skills - able to multitask and loves to collaborate
