The Role We're looking for a mid-level graphic designer with strong experience across a range of digital design disciplines.
It's not just about making things look good, we're looking for someone who understands how
design contributes to performance , engagement and overall campaign results.
You'll work closely with our strategy team, lead designer and wider creative team, with the confidence to manage your own tasks and contribute ideas along the way.
What You'll Be Doing Video Editing & Paid Social Creative
Create and edit short-form video content for paid and organic social
Design high-quality ad creatives for platforms like Meta
Take ownership of your creative output and iterate based on performance and feedback
Contribute ideas to improve creative and campaign results
Client & Marketing Assets
Design email (EDM)
campaigns and supporting assets
Create polished social media graphics aligned to brand direction
Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
Web Design (UX/UI)
Design website layouts and landing pages in Figma
Apply strong UX/UI fundamentals to create clear, user-friendly experiences
Collaborate with internal teams to bring designs to life
Branding & Graphic Design
Work on branding and visual identity projects from concept to rollout
Design brand assets, guidelines and campaign visuals
Translate brand direction into cohesive, high-quality design work
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years design experience , ideally in an agency environment
Strong
branding and digital portfolio
Confident in
Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Solid understanding of
UX/UI principles
Experience creating
paid ad creative
Able to
take direction and iterate quickly
Commercially aware, understands
design that converts
