ABOUT THE ROLE We are immediately seeking a

fulltime permanent Service Coordinator

to join our Service Team in Truganina, Victoria.

Duties will include

Assist with the coordinating of the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne service team

Work side by side with the Service Supervisor

Plan and schedule jobs

Liaise with customers & suppliers

Process timesheets

Liaise with Clients

Process supplier invoices

General office duties and administration for these service teams

Assist management with administrative tasks when required





Ensure that work is completed and performed within agreed times a

Coordinate and manage mobilisation for projects and shutdowns.

Collaborate with operations to ensure job ready workforces meet compliance standards which includes managing qualifications, inductions, medicals and training.

Job costing and invoicing upon completion of respective job.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in Service division

Confident handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Must have experience in records, documentation, financial administration, office support, stakeholder management

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

38 hour work week plus potential overtime
