Leasing Consultant / Assistant PM (Hybrid Role) | Up to $70,000 | Central I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded residential real estate business in central Canberra to secure an experienced Leasing Assistant / Assistant PM for their established and high-performing team.

This role would suit someone energetic, organized and confident who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, meeting people daily and delivering a high level of customer service. You’ll be responsible for managing the leasing process from enquiry through to move-in while working closely with the Property Management and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Assistant:

Conduct open homes and private inspections

Manage the end-to-end leasing process





Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email

Liaise with landlords and prospective tenants

Coordinate advertising and online listings

Maintain rental lists and database accuracy

Ensure properties are presented to a high standard

Work closely with Property Management and BDM teams

Requirements of the Leasing Assistant:

Previous residential leasing experience

Current ACT Real Estate Certificate / Registration

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Strong communication skills
