Home Care/Personal Care Workers

to join the passionate care team for

aged care and disability clients, located in Hawthorn & surrounding suburbs

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in aged care or disability support, with overseas experience being acceptable.

Applicants must have legal work rights in Australia.

Must drive and have a car

appropriate for transporting clients for outings

Must have a Certificate III/IV

in Individual Support/Ageing Support/Disability Support or have completed your Aged Care Placement if you are

studying Nursing

Acceptable qualifications include Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support, Individual Support, Disability Support, Community Services, or Health Services Assistance

Must have NDIS worker screening check

or able to be obtained prior to commencing work

Please include your

current suburb

in your application. You must be willing to travel up to an 45 mins to clients homes.
