Your days will be varied, interesting and hands-on, including:
Managing all Trust Accounting and bookkeeping functions for the firm
Preparing reports and financial information for the Partners
Managing client payments and processing cost recoveries
Handling invoicing, debtor management and end-of-month processes
Reconciling trust accounts and managing trust investments
Looking after general bookkeeping, including payroll,
accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Supporting the firm with accurate, timely and well-organised financial information.
What Will Make You Stand Out? We’re looking for someone who is confident with numbers, highly organised and takes pride in getting the details right.
You’ll ideally bring:
2+ years’ bookkeeping and Trust Accounting experience — essential
Experience within a professional services workplace such as legal, finance or real estate
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously, take ownership and get things done
A proactive attitude and the confidence to be the firm’s trusted accounts expert
