The Role Working closely with the Property Management team, you’ll gain exposure across the full property management cycle while providing day-to-day support across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the management of a residential portfolio

Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Following up rental arrears

Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

General property management administration and team support

About You: We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Property Management.





Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience within real estate, leasing or property management

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A driver's licence and reliable car

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and trades

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
