Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is seeking an Ombudsman to join the Investments and Advice (I&A;) decision-making team. You will resolve standard and complex I&A; disputes and provide leadership across AFCA, mentoring case workers and representing AFCA at external forums.

This is a Board-appointed role, initially on a 24-month contract, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to shape industry practices.
