Right at Home Gold Coast North is seeking a passionate Clinical Nurse RN to provide clinical leadership across our growing community care services.
n
This is an opportunity to combine clinical leadership, complex care management, mentoring and service development while supporting clients to remain protected and independent at home.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
n
n
- Manage clients and oversee their clinical care.
n
- Complete clinical assessments and individualised care plans.
n
- Provide clinical guidance, escalation support and mentoring to nurses and care teams.
n
- Lead complex wound assessment, treatment and management.
n
- Support clinical care including catheter care, continence, diabetes, seizures and medication management.
n
- Review clinical documentation and support clinical governance and compliance.
n
- Lead clinical incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
n
- Mentor and develop nurses and care partners.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
n
- Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical services.
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced RN who is confident,
clinically strong and passionate about developing others.
n
You will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
n
- Clinical leadership experience.
n
- Experience in community nursing, aged care, disability or acute care.
n
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
n
- Complex wound care experience is highly desirable.
n
- Experience mentoring or educating clinical and non clinical teams.
n
- Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- Required compliance checks or willingness to obtain.
n
