We are looking for a
friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Dental Assistant
to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy clinical environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
About the role As a Dental Assistant at Embrace Orthodontists, you will work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key responsibilities
Assisting orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures
Preparing surgeries and clinical areas
Sterilisation and infection control
Providing patients with friendly and reassuring chairside support
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment
Supporting the team with day-to-day clinical and administrative duties
Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their orthodontic journey
Working collaboratively with our wider practice team
About you
Qualified or experienced as a Dental Assistant - preferred
Previous orthodontic experience is highly regarded
Friendly, approachable and confident with patients
Caring and compassionate, particularly when working with children and teenagers
Reliable, punctual and highly organised
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Professional and well presented
Keen to learn and develop their orthodontic skills
Able to work across our Belconnen, Manuka and Gungahlin locations
