A varied, hands-on position for an admitted solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will work alongside the Principal Solicitor, managing a diverse caseload and contributing to client outcomes from day one. The role commences part-time with a transparent view to full-time as the firm grows. Key responsibilities

Manage caseloads across criminal, family law and IVO matters Draft correspondence, court documents, briefs and affidavits Appear in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts and FCFCOA Liaise with clients, counsel, prosecutors and courts Maintain file notes, time recording and trust compliance Assist with estates, debt recovery and civil matters Contribute to firm processes, precedents and templates About you

Admitted solicitor in Victoria — 0 to 3 years PQE Sound understanding of criminal and/or family law procedure Confident advocate — written,



oral and in court Organised, self-motivated, deadline-driven Comfortable working independently in a small firm Smokeball or similar practice management software preferred Commitment to client service and professional integrity About us
