Key Responsibilities Include





Assisting in the daily leadership of the Front Office team to deliver warm, seamless guest service from arrival to departure.

Creating a welcoming setting that aligns with the retreat’s values of wellbeing and genuine care.

Coaching and mentoring team members to grow their skills, confidence, and service delivery.

Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick and thoughtful resolutions.

Overseeing front office operations including bookings, reporting, and daily procedures.

Shift Details (subject To Change)

Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday

Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
