As we grow, we need an organised, hands-on operator to run the engine room of our customer orders and warehouse operations, and to lead a small team while doing it.

This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a big corporate structure. You'll work closely with our Director/CFO, have real influence over how things get done, and see the direct impact of your work every single day.

Customer Service Be the friendly, capable voice our customers rely on: answering calls, managing clinic bookings, sorting warranty and product returns, and keeping everyone in the loop on order ETAs.

Orders & Systems Run the show across MYOB Acumatica: processing payments, creating orders and invoices, managing wholesale, CFAB and retail stock, and keeping supplier relationships (local and overseas) humming.

Warehouse & Dispatch Get hands-on with packing, freight bookings (Jet Courier,



Northline, StarTrack, DHL, UPS), and dispatch coordination. Full training provided on the walkie stacker if you haven't used one before.

Leadership Guide and support our customer order and admin team, setting the standard for how things get done.

About you

A natural knack for staying on top of competing priorities under pressure

Sharp communication skills and rock-solid attention to detail

Confidence leading people, and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves

MYOB Acumatica (or similar) experience is a big plus

A genuine drive to improve processes, not just maintain them
