We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Beacon Lighting Angle vale store in SA. This full-time opportunity will see you partnering with the Store Manager to inspire your team, grow sales, and create outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program

Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions

Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals

You have experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment

You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being hands‑on when needed
