ECP Polyurethanes is an established Australian manufacturer known for supplying polyurethane-lined and steel-fabricated products to some of the world's largest mining operations. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in our work, and we're looking for a skilled fabricator to help strengthen our fabrication shop.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their craft and wants a stable position with the autonomy to make a real impact.

The Role

n

We are currently looking for either a Boliermaker / Sheet metal fabricator / Machinist.

n

What a typical day looks like (depends on applicants experiece)

n

n
- Work from drawings and schedules to complete fabrication tasks independently
n
- Perform sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
n
- Carry out structural and pipe fabrication where required (experience dependent)
n
- Operate workshop machinery, including lathes, mills, and general fabrication equipment
n
- Inspect your work and maintain quality standards
n
- Identify process improvements and raise them with the team
n

What We're Looking For

n

Boiler maker:

n

n
- At least 2 years of hands-on fabrication experience
n
- Confident and competent with GMAW/GTAW
n

n





Machinist:

n

n
- Basic machining experience with a lathe, mill, or similar equipment (trade qualified not required)
n

n

General:

n

n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
n
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
n
