Ready to stop treading water and actually build something? Auto Masters Plainland is looking for a 3rd or 4th Year Automotive Apprentice we can invest in, mentor properly and grow into a genuine servicing specialist.

You'll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Mechanics, get hands-on with a wide range of makes and models and be part of a team that actually wants to see you go somewhere. Every day's different, the mentorship is real, and this is a workshop where people stick around.

Key Responsibilities

- Take the lead on servicing, backed by support to build your diagnostic and repair skills

- Carry out quality control checks and vehicle inspections
n
- Test drive vehicles to confirm the job's been done right
n
- Keep your workmanship and attention to detail sharp
n
- Help keep the workshop clean, organised and running well
n
- Get the job done efficiently and on time

What We're Looking For

n

n
- At least 2nd year completed as an Apprentice
n
- Your own basic set of tools
n
- Experience in a busy workshop (highly desirable)
n
- Reliable transport and a valid manual driver's licence
n
- A strong work ethic and genuine hunger to learn
n
- Sharp attention to detail and good problem-solving instincts
n
- A positive, team-first attitude
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Available Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings
n
