This is an exciting opportunity for a Hands-On Engineer who enjoys understanding how equipment works, solving technical problems and working with data.

n

Reporting into the Engineering team, you will support the testing, evaluation and performance monitoring of sophisticated medical devices within a regulated workplace.

n

Duties:

n

n
- Conduct testing and evaluation of medical devices and associated systems
n
- Analyse and process engineering and testing data
n
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
n
- Support predictive monitoring and device reliability activities
n
- Assist with fault finding, troubleshooting and technical investigations
n
- Perform hands‐on equipment testing, assembly and disassembly
n
- Use engineering software, databases and internal systems
n
- Maintain controlled documentation and engineering records
n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and other internal stakeholders
n
- Follow work instructions,



SOPs and engineering procedures
n

n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
n
- Experience within Medical Devices, Scientific Instrumentation, Manufacturing, Laboratory, R&D; or other technical environments
n
- Strong troubleshooting, fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
n
- Experience conducting testing and analysing technical data
n
- Experience preparing technical reports and documentation
n
- Experience using engineering software, databases or integrated systems
n
- Comfortable using hand tools such as multimeters and screwdrivers
n
- Machine Learning experience - highly regarded
n
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
n
